General rules for papers submission

  • You can present three types of contributions.
    1. Uninvited papers
    2. Communications (Papers)
    3. Posters
  • The proposed contribution will be sent only via e-mail to:educacionintercultural@ual.es
  • These proposals will be subject to evaluation by the Scientific Committee by the method of double-blind evaluation.
  • There are two deadlines for the contributions of the Congress delegates:
    1. First phase: Until July 15, 2011 (including this day). From July 20, the Secretariat will communicate you if the contributions are accepted.
    2. Second phase: Until September 30, 2011 (including this day). From October 4, the Secretariat will communicate you if the contributions are accepted.
  • Once notified by the Organizing Committee of the acceptance of the work, the authors will come to registration before October 4, 2011.
  • The registration fee is 75 € until September 30, 2011. The registration fee is 100€ after that day.
  • Payment of the conference fee will be held in:
    • Unicaja to the C / C number: 2103.0862.05.0030002556 specifying:
      1. the name of the activity (V Congreso Internacional de Educación Intercultural)
      2. the associated reference (Centro de gastos: 233092).
    • Cajamar to the C / C number: 3058.0130.16.2731001008 specifying:
      1. the name of the activity (V Congreso Internacional de Educación Intercultural)
      2. the associated reference (Centro de gastos: 233092).
  • Once the payment is done, a copy of the bank payment receipt and the registration form duly filled in should be sent by email to:educacionintercultural@ual.es
  • One registration gives right only to publish one work.
  • All authors listed in the work should make their conference registration.
  • The Proceedings of the Congress will be published and have a ISBN.
  • Accepted papers will be published in the Proceedings of the Congress.
  • Each author will receive a copy of the Proceedings.

  • The Organization will provide the necessary equipment (laptop, light projector,...) for presentation of the contribution.
